Ten years ago I came to Spain with a new life ahead of me, but with no plan at all to start a property business.
How it started
My name is Katya Smolina. I trained as a lawyer and, before coming to Spain, I spent many years working in the courts, on business disputes and on property transactions.
Then I bought my first flat and decided to let it to holidaymakers. I did everything myself: I cleaned, welcomed the guests, handled the bookings and solved every problem.
Then came a second property. Then a third. And other owners started to ask: “Could you look after our home too?”
That is how our company was born. But we really started to grow when my husband began to help me.

Today, ten years later, we have grown fourfold and manage more than 40 holiday rental properties on the Costa Blanca.
But behind each one there is much more than an address and a set of keys. There is an investment. A family. A dream. A legacy.
