The Peñón

What it's like

The terrace runs along two sides of the apartment and has a table, chairs and a sun lounger: from it you can see the Peñón, the sea and the estate's pool.

The living room is long, with a sofa, dining table and TV, and opens straight onto the terrace.

The kitchen is open to the living room, with lime-green wall units and an oven, microwave and ceramic hob.

The bedroom is a double, with a built-in wardrobe and bedside tables on both sides.

There are two bathrooms: one with a shower tray and the other with a bathtub.

The washing machine is in the utility area on the terrace, outside the flat.
