What it's like

Four bedrooms with air conditioning: two with a double bed and two with single beds. Three bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub.

The house is 169 m². The living and dining room is big, with white sofas and armchairs, a dining table, chandeliers and a wooden dresser. There is a reading corner with shelves and rocking chairs and, separately, a study with a desk.

The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, dishwasher and an American-style fridge.

Outside, the pool takes the centre of the patio, with sun loungers and outdoor sofas. There is a vine-covered pergola with a long table, a gazebo with another table, a barbecue and a garden with palms, cacti and bougainvillea. The car stays inside the plot.
